- Thoroughly cleanse your face.
- Pour toner onto a cotton pad or into your palm.
- With cotton pad: gently wipe across face and neck.
- With palm: gently pat into skin.
- Allow to fully absorb before proceeding to serum.
- Use morning and evening as first step after cleansing.
